NOW - onto this week's videos.
First off, I have a brand new tutorial called "Improvise Your Way to Two Handed Independence". My friend Andrea reached out and asked for help getting her two hands to work together better on the piano. So, I went into my laboratory studio and came up with a fun video that uses improvisation as a vehicle to build coordination.

Somehow we are already at Week #7 of my Random Songs I Like project. I will be posting a new video every week of a song that I like, from every imaginable corner of the musical world. I started this project to keep myself engaged in having fun making music, especially in the wake of not having had a live performance in over a year.
This
week's video is a cover of the Miley Cyrus song "Midnight Sky", which I heard her sing on a late night talk show. She sounded and looked amazing and I could not get this song out of my head. To mimic the throbbing energy of this song, I belt my face off and play the bananas out of the piano. Fun city!
